About Bloom

I am passionate about coaching and mentoring leaders to motivate and empower individuals and teams to reach their goals. I help to facilitate discussions about real challenges and potential solutions to continue to inspire and encourage communication through knowledge sharing and collaboration and accountability among leaders, with an emphasis on identifying personal and professional values and goals, leadership strategies, critical thinking, reflective practice and emotional competence.

Kim is a respected executive with 30 years’ experience in leadership roles. She has a reputation for building high-performing teams with expertise in developing and implementing organisational, communication and marketing strategies.

Through her role as an executive leader, Kim coached and mentored senior executives and teams through strategic communications, organisational change, strategic planning development, critical incidents, business performance improvement and strategically-aligned organizational learning and development. She has also coached sport at a State League level.

Kim is Director at Bloom Coaching Services working as an executive coach and crafting strategies for business. She is career mentor to UniSA MBA students, a member of the Australian Institute of Business Teaching and Learning Committee and Australian Marketing Institute State Committee.

Kim has served on boards and committees as an executive director, has an MBA and a degree in communications. She is a certified executive coach, NLP Practitioner, Time Line Therapist™ and Hypnotherapist.
